  • In the case of weather conditions, it may be cancelled or changed.
  • All seats on the ship are unreserved. During a busy time, you may be required to share a seat with other passengers.
  • Smoking is prohibited in the ship.
  • Wheelchair passengers may board the Bay Promenade up to the first-floor stateroom.

• Additional Info

  • There is no parking lot exclusively for cruise passengers, so please use nearby coin-operated parking or the E-pulse Dream Plaza parking lot.
  • Depending on the time, the ship may be crowded. If the ship is full, you may be directed to the next service. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • Please note that the sales may not be closed just before the departure. It'd be nice when you arrive with plenty of time in advance.
  • Pop Circus does not offer disability discounts for advance tickets, so they will not be available for purchase with the set tickets either. Customers wishing to purchase them can buy them at each venue on the day of the event.
  • For preschool children, one child can join the 'Mt. Fuji Shimizu Port Cruise' for free with each adult, so set tickets will not be sold. Please purchase tickets at each facility on the day of the event.
