- All seats on the ship are unreserved. During a busy time, you may be required to share a seat with other passengers.
- Wheelchair passengers may board the Bay Promenade up to the first-floor stateroom.
- We will confirm whether the tour is taking place at least 5 days in advance. If the tour is canceled, we will contact you by phone or email.
What to Bring
- Please bring your hat in the summer due to being exposed to the direct sunlight on the rooftop deck.
- Reservations for people with disabilities must show proof of your physical or mental disability. (Mirairo ID is acceptable)

- Please use nearby paid parking lots or S-Pulse Dream Plaza Parking lots. There're no unpaid parking lots. Sorry for inconvenience.
