  • ■No one other than the renter may use the bicycle.
  • ■In the event of an accident during bicycle use, bicycle malfunction, theft, or any similar incidents, please promptly notify us with details such as the date, location, cause, and circumstances. Additionally, take any necessary legal actions, such as contacting the police.
  • ■If the bicycle is damaged or stolen, the renter will be held liable for all fees and penalties.
  • ■If you park in a non-parking area and the bicycle is confiscated by the police, the renter will be held liable for all fees and penalties.
  • ■If you lose the key, you will be charged 2,000yen for the replacement fee.
  • ■If the helmet is damaged or lost, you will be charged 5,000 yen for the replacement fee.
