  • ■自転車の使用中の事故、自転車の故障や盗難等が発生した場合は、速やかに発生日時、場所、原因、状況などを弊社へ連絡するとともに、警察に連絡するなど法令上必要な措置をとってください。
  • ■自転車の使用中に自転車を破損させ、または盗難にあったときは、利用者に対して修理費用または代替自転車の購入費用を請求することがあります。
  • ■自転車を自転車等放置禁止区域及び自転車等放置規制区域などに放置し移動、保管された場合は、返還を受けるに要した費用を使用者に対して請求することがあります。
  • ■鍵の紛失については、交換料として2,000円頂戴いたします。
  • ■ヘルメットの破損・紛失については交換料として5,000円頂戴いたします。
